Medicare coverage is the same for people who qualify based on disability as for those who qualify based on age. For those who are eligible, the full range of Medicare benefits are available.

Coverage includes certain hospital, nursing home, home health, physician, and community-based services.  The health care services do not have to be related to the individual’s disability in order to be covered.  Individuals who are disabled and on Medicare are not aware that they also have the same affordable insurance options through Medicare that those 65 and older.

About 1.8 million people are in Medicare’s Two-Year disability waiting period.  Are you nearing the end or have you satisfied your waiting period?  Do you have Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B?  If your answer is “yes” then we can be your resource.
